Is there a contract?
Trial timing, cancellation notice and the separate Leadica HQ minimum term.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Hello Solo and Team are month to month under our terms of service. Cancelling needs notice, and Leadica HQ has its own minimum term.
How does the free trial work?
Solo and Team start with a 7-day free trial. We take your card at sign-up and charge $0 today, unless you add Leadica HQ. The first charge is on day 8. Cancel in the app before then and you won't be charged.
What notice do I need to cancel?
After the trial, one full billing cycle's notice, at least 30 days. Go to Settings, then Billing, and select Cancel plan. You see your end date before you confirm, and you can undo it before that date.
Does Leadica HQ have different terms?
Yes. Leadica HQ is NZ$250 + GST a month plus NZ$750 + GST setup, charged at sign-up, with a 3-month minimum. If you end it during that term, the rest of the minimum term is payable. Setup fees aren't refundable once setup has started.
