Compare Solo, Team and Scale, how many calls each includes and how fair use works.
Pick the plan that fits your usual call volume. Prices are in NZ dollars and exclude GST.
Plans
- Hello Solo: NZ$149 + GST a month, includes up to 150 calls a month.
- Hello Team: NZ$299 + GST a month, includes up to 900 calls a month.
- Hello Scale: by quote, for higher volumes.
Every plan includes phone, website chat, talk in browser and email, a local 09 number, a support page and QR code, knowledge checks, call reports and a monthly review.
What counts as a call
A call is a phone call or a talk in browser call answered by Hello. Website chats and emails don't count towards your calls. They're included at no extra cost within fair use.
If you go over
Home shows how many of your included calls you've used. We email you at 80% and again at 100%. Hello keeps answering.
Calls over your plan are NZ$0.47 + GST each, added to your next invoice. We never charge for them before we've told you you've hit 100%. Extra calls aren't charged during your free trial. No surprise bills.
If you're regularly over, we'll suggest a better plan. We never switch your plan without asking.
