Changing plan
Ask to move between Solo, Team and Scale, or add or remove Leadica HQ, from Settings.
You can ask for a different plan in the app. This sends a request to Leadica. Your plan doesn't switch straight away.
Send a request
- Sign in as an owner.
- Open Settings and find Billing.
- Select Change plan.
- Choose Hello Solo, Hello Team or Hello Scale.
- Tick or untick Leadica HQ add-on.
- Select Request change.
The app says: "Leadica will confirm within one business day."
Request change is greyed out if your choice matches your current plan. Select Never mind to close without sending.
Before you choose
Solo is NZ$149 + GST a month. Team is NZ$299 + GST. Scale is quoted for your business.
Leadica HQ has its own monthly and setup fees and a 3-month minimum. Unticking it sends a request. It doesn't end the minimum term.
Timing and charges
We'll confirm when the change takes effect and what your next invoice looks like. If timing matters, mention it in an email to hello@leadica.io.
