Leadica HQ add-on

Leadica HQ is our full CRM, built into your Hello account. Every caller is saved as a contact, with automatic follow-up texts and emails, a sales pipeline and online bookings. It sits alongside your Hello plan.

Cost and minimum term

• NZ$250 + GST a month on top of your Hello plan.
• NZ$750 + GST one-off setup, charged at sign-up, even during your Hello trial.
• A 3-month minimum.

Setup fees aren't refundable once setup has started.

Check whether you have it

1. Sign in as an owner.
2. Open Settings, then Billing.
3. Read Leadica HQ add-on.
4. Check HQ minimum term ends, if a date shows.

Add or remove it

Select Change plan, tick or untick Leadica HQ add-on, then Request change. Leadica confirms within one business day.

Ending it

After the minimum term, cancel with one full billing cycle's notice (at least 30 days). If you end it during the minimum term, the rest of that term is payable.
