Your free trial

Hello Solo and Team start with a 7-day free trial. We take your card at sign-up, but you pay $0 today unless you add Leadica HQ. Your first charge is on day 8, unless you cancel before your trial ends.

Check your trial date

1. Sign in as an owner.
2. Open Settings.
3. Find Billing.
4. Read the Free trial date.

Billing also shows your plan, price and status. Go by the date shown there.

What you get in the trial

Everything on your plan: phone, website chat, talk in browser and email, your 09 number, support page, knowledge checks and call reports. Extra calls aren't charged during the trial.

Leadica HQ setup

If you add Leadica HQ, its NZ$750 + GST setup fee is charged at sign-up. Leadica HQ has a 3-month minimum. Setup fees aren't refundable once setup has started.

Cancel before day 8

1. Open Settings, then Billing.
2. Select Cancel plan.
3. Check the end date and confirm.

Closing the window without confirming doesn't cancel. See cancelling.
