Where is my data kept?
Where Hello stores and processes account details, conversations and summaries.
Where is my data stored?
Hello uses providers in more than one country, so not everything stays in New Zealand. The Hello database is in Sydney, Australia. Calls, chats and customer records run on Leadica HQ in the United States. AI summaries and email sending use providers listed in our privacy policy.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your calls, contacts and content are your business's data. We use them to run Hello for you and we don't sell them.
How is it protected?
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited by role. Your own team sees your calls in the app. Outside your business, only the Leadica people supporting you can see them. Our AI providers don't train their models on your data by default.
How long is it kept?
While your account is active. After it ends, you can ask for an export within 30 days, and we delete data within 90 days unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Can we ask for access or deletion?
Yes. Email hello@leadica.io.
Still stuck? Ask Riley, or email hello@leadica.io.
