Your data and privacy

What Hello collects, where it's processed, and how to ask for access, corrections or an export.

You own your business data, including calls, contacts and content. Leadica uses it to run and improve Hello for you, produce reviews and support you. We don't sell it.

What Hello collects

Account details, sign-in activity and your business information. Customer records can include contact details, conversation transcripts, AI summaries, tags, bookings, messages and callback requests.

You decide how your callers' information is used. Leadica handles it on your behalf.

Where it's processed

The Hello database is in Sydney, Australia. Calls, chats and customer records run on Leadica HQ in the United States. Other providers host the app, send email and write AI summaries. The privacy policy lists them.

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited by role. Your own team sees your calls in the app. Outside your business, only the Leadica people supporting you can see them.

Ask for access or corrections

  1. Email hello@leadica.io.
  2. Say what you want to see or correct.

There's no self-serve export screen yet. We handle requests by email.

If you're a customer of a business that uses Hello, contact that business first.

When an account ends

Ask for an export within 30 days. We delete data within 90 days of the account ending, unless the law says we must keep it longer.
