AI disclosure

Hello always tells people it's an AI assistant, and that can't be switched off.

Hello always tells callers, chatters and emailers that it's an AI assistant. It's part of how the service works, not a setting. We can't remove it or have Hello pretend to be a person.

Why

People should know they're talking to AI before relying on its answers. Hello uses AI to run conversations, transcribe calls and write summaries and tags.

It answers from knowledge you approve and hands over to a person when needed. AI can still misunderstand a question or give an incomplete answer, so check your calls.

Hear it for yourself

  1. Call your Hello number, your Hello number.
  2. Listen to how it introduces itself.
  3. Ask a few everyday customer questions.
  4. Check the answers match your approved information.
  5. Tell us about anything unclear at hello@leadica.io.

You can change the agent's name, voice style and greeting. The AI disclosure stays.

Keep expectations clear

Hello isn't an emergency service and can't guarantee every answer, booking or transfer. Don't ask it to collect card details, passwords or sensitive health information.

The terms and privacy policy explain how we use AI providers.
