What Hello will never say or do

The firm limits on Hello, and how to keep private notes and risky claims out of its answers.

Hello answers from your approved facts. It doesn't invent commitments or repeat private notes.

Firm limits

  • Hello always says it is an AI. It won't pretend to be a person.
  • It never asks for card or bank details.
  • It isn't an emergency service.
  • It doesn't guess. If it doesn't know, it takes the caller's details for your team.

Don't write instructions asking Hello to hide that it's AI, take payments or give emergency help.

Claims that get checked

Before knowledge goes live, Hello flags prices, guarantees, timeframes, conflicts, internal notes, personal details, and health, legal or financial content. A flag isn't a ban. It means someone needs to OK the wording. See approval checks.

Write safer material

  1. Remove staff-only notes and personal details.
  2. Check prices and timeframes are current.
  3. Swap absolute promises for your real policy.
  4. Say when an enquiry needs a person.
  5. Review the proposed knowledge before approving.

Use Triage line in Onboarding to describe hand-offs and safety stops for your business.

If Hello says something it shouldn't, email hello@leadica.io with what it said and what it should have said.
