Approval checks: what gets flagged and how long it takes

How Hello flags risky claims in your knowledge, what you decide, and when Leadica checks it.

Knowledge checks let you see what Hello is about to say before it goes live. A flag asks someone to check a claim. It doesn't mean the whole document is wrong.

What gets flagged

Prices, guarantees, timeframes, conflicting information, internal notes, personal details, health, legal or financial content, and instructions aimed at the AI.

Review the proposed knowledge

  1. Open Settings, then Knowledge.
  2. After adding sources, select Check and publish.
  3. Read Said on most calls.
  4. Open Looked up and check the answers.
  5. Read each flagged item's text and reason.
  6. Choose Keep or Remove where you're asked to decide.
  7. Approve.

You need to decide every item before you can approve. Internal notes start with Remove selected.

When Leadica checks it

Some items need the Leadica team to approve them. You'll see Waiting for Leadica to check, usually within one business day. While it waits, the review is locked.

During your trial, a risky item may show Waiting for Leadica check. It's held, not approved.

If the draft isn't right

Discard the draft. Your live front desk stays as it is.
