Versions and rolling back

Knowledge history keeps every published version of what Hello knows. You can see what's live and go back to an earlier version.

A draft under review is separate from history. Discarding a draft doesn't change your live knowledge.

Find the live version

1. Open Settings.
2. Find Knowledge.
3. Scroll to History.
4. Look for the version marked Live.

Each entry shows its date, number of answers and number of checked items. You can also open What Hello knows to read the live summary.

Roll back

1. In History, find the earlier version.
2. Select Use this version.
3. Confirm Use this version on your front desk?
4. Wait for Your front desk is updated.
5. Make a test call about what you restored.

You need editing access to roll back.

Fix the source too

Rolling back doesn't change the text or files in your source list. If they're wrong, fix them before your next check and publish.
