Business details, hours and services

Hello uses your business details and setup answers to describe what you do. Keep them accurate so customers hear the right information about your business.

Business details and setup answers live in different parts of the app.

Change your business details

1. Open Settings.
2. Find Business details.
3. Update Legal business name, Trading name, Website or Phone.
4. Select Save details.

The trading name is what your agent calls the business on the phone. The time zone is shown here but can't be edited. Email hello@leadica.io if it needs changing.

Change hours and services

1. Open Onboarding.
2. Choose Your business.
3. Update your business description, Services you offer and Service area.
4. Under Opening hours, turn each day on or off and set its opening and closing times.
5. Wait for Saved before leaving.

Add services one at a time and press Enter. List the areas you actually cover, not a wider region you can't reliably serve.

Check the result

Setup answers save as you go and update your agent automatically a few seconds later. Make a test call after changing important details. If Hello still gives an old answer, email us with what you changed and what you heard.
